Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of atm42d Gaming Services
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "You") and atm42d (the "Platform," "Service," "We," "Us," or "Our"). If you are found to be ineligible under this clause, your Account will be immediately suspended and all Funds may be forfeited.

To use the Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identification card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only create one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
atm42d is committed to preventing fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, you will be required to upload a clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) showing your name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. We may also request additional documentation such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or payment method verification (bank card photograph, screenshot of e-wallet account). Your Account will have limited functionality until KYC verification is complete. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without successful KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify our customer support team at [email protected] and change your password. atm42d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account that occurs before you have notified us of the breach.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate games or betting outcomes, created multiple accounts, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other Users. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining Account balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit bonus funds.
atm42d supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for major banks and Rp 10,000 for e-wallets. We do not accept third-party payments. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your atm42d Account.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes of transaction confirmation. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. atm42d does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB) for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and take up to 24-48 hours to process. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets across any combination of games before you can withdraw the funds. This requirement does not apply to winnings derived from deposited funds. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or suspicious transactions.
atm42d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% deposit bonus of Rp 500,000 with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 2,500,000 in total bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds. Bonuses and promotional funds typically expire 30 days after being credited to your Account unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically removed from your Account upon expiration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, atm42d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
